We help Costco Members turn used devices into significant savings.

Through our partnership, Costco members can benefit from Phobio’s simple and transparent device trade-in service and will receive a Costco Cash Card for in-store or online product purchase redemption.

How does it work?

Costco members trade in their Apple devices and other leading smartphones and tablets online and receive secure packaging via mail which can be used to send in their device for evaluation. Upon completion, they are notified of the product’s trade-in value and their Cash Card is mailed or emailed to them directly.

Eco-Friendly Trade-in Service

As a leading provider of device trade-ins, Phobio has been instrumental in recycling millions of smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Every year, Phobio prevents over 500 metric tons of electronic waste from entering landfills. Our new environmentally-friendly packaging can be reused at least three times, further reducing landfill waste.

The new compression frame corrugated cardboard box, specifically designed for laptops, eliminates the need for traditional foam inserts and is 100 percent recyclable. Our eco-friendly packaging will soon be available for shipping other device trade-ins such as smartphones, tablets, and wearables.
