Confirm your quote
3 BUSINESS DAYS
You’ll receive a quote from your Trade Coordinator within 3 business days. You will then have 5 days in which to accept your offer.
Receive supplies and ship your devices
3-5 BUSINESS DAYS
After your quote is confirmed, your devices must be received within 21 days. We’ll send prepaid shipping supplies along with device prep and erasure instructions to you. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided.
Receive payment for your trades
7-10 BUSINESS DAYS
Payment is issued via ACH or eCheck. eCheck payments are only available for US businesses and will be provided within 7-10 business days of finalization.
If there are any changes in value from the original quote due to incorrect claim of model or condition, we will contact you immediately to accept the change or request your device be sent back to you free of charge.
